How do you ensure the freshness of my meat during shipping?
All orders are vacuum-sealed and shipped in insulated coolers with dry ice or gel packs to ensure they arrive at your doorstep at the perfect temperature.
What is your shipping schedule for perishable items?
To prevent weekend transit delays, we typically ship orders Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday morning will ship the following Monday.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Yes, once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can monitor its journey.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer local pickup for online orders?
Absolutely! During checkout, select the 'Local Pickup' option. We will notify you via email as soon as your order is ready for collection at our Country Store.
